My Orders

Overview
To order an image, you need to:
- Request a price for the image
- Place an order for the image
- Download the image
The My Orders page displays pending price requests (with a price, if we have
given one) and placed orders. From here the client can:
- View a list of placed orders.
- Remove a selected price request (this can only be done
once the price has been set).
- Purchase an image (once the price has been set).
Request a price for an image
Price requests can only be made from a Lightbox,
so an image must be added to a Lightbox before a price can be requested for
it. To request a price for an image:
- Tick the box below the image and click on the Request Price link
and fill in the form.
- Once you have filled in the form, click on the Request
button to submit it to our sales team.
- Once processed, all price requests are listed at
the top of the My Orders page and the we will embargo the image, making
it unavailable for viewing by other clients.
Purchasing an image
Having had made a price request and received a price for an image,
you can purchase it. To do this,
- Click in the image’s checkbox next to its name in
the Price Request list.
- Click on the Purchase button - the system
will display an Order Confirmation.
- Click on Confirm Order - a price request
e-mail is automatically generated and sent to the agent.
- An order confirmation page is displayed giving an order
reference number.
- The order is listed in the Placed Orders page.
Downloading Images
As well as Price Requests, the My Orders page displays summary
information about placed orders.
Once the order has been paid for and finalised, the image filename
in the download column in the list of placed orders will become a link to the
image. It is important to note that the Download option will be set to ‘not
available’ until the order has been finalised by our sales team. Once the image
has been paid for, the label will change to ‘available now’ and
will be linked to the image.
To download the image, click on the link and select ‘Save’.
Bear in mind that the image will only be available for downloading for a limited
time.

To view full details about an individual order, click on its Details
link.
